Jordan Roberts, Paralegal

Jordan Roberts is a Paralegal at Aramesh Law, where she supports the firm’s sophisticated litigation matters and contributes to the management of complex legal matters requiring meticulous attention to detail, organization, and strategic case support.

Prior to joining Aramesh Law, Jordan served as an Immigration Paralegal at Ogletree Deakins, where she managed specialty occupation visa matters for foreign national clients throughout the full lifecycle of their cases, from initial preparation and filing. Her experience includes comprehensive case management, document preparation, and coordination of complex immigration matters involving highly skilled professionals, including H-1B, TN, L, and E visa petitions.

Jordan also brings experience in regulatory and administrative matters, having assisted the Colorado Department of Revenue’s Liquor and Tobacco Division with drafting stipulations concerning establishments alleged to have violated applicable liquor laws. In addition to her immigration background, Jordan has experience supporting civil litigation matters involving labor and employment disputes, breach of contract, fraud, defamation, Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) matters, Social Security Administration (SSA) matters, and claims arising under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA).

Jordan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages, with a concentration in French. Her diverse legal experience, strong organizational skills, and meticulous approach to case management enable her to provide comprehensive support across the firm’s complex and evolving matters.

Outside of work, she enjoys sewing, crafting, video games, and spin class. She also has a passion for costume design and enjoys creating costumes to wear to anime conventions and other events throughout the country.
