Dean Dastvar, Senior Technology, Government Contracts, & Corporate Transactions Attorney

Dean Dastvar serves as a contract attorney to Aramesh Law on select government contracts, technology, intellectual property, and corporate matters.

Mr. Dastvar is a lawyer with deep experience in technology, particularly in government contracts, artificial intelligence, intellectual property, technology transactions, and regulatory strategy. For over 15 years, he has held senior legal roles with Autodesk, BlueVoyant, UnitedHealth Group, Infosys, and Maximus, advising leading technology, cybersecurity, healthcare, and government-services companies on sophisticated commercial and public sector matters and even building his own proprietary AI products. 

Mr. Dastvar has also served as a procurement professional within the U.S Government. He is an Adjunct Professor who has taught Federal Appropriations and Procurement. He advises emerging technology companies on how to launch, build, scale, and successfully sell into commercial and federal government and defense markets, navigating the legal, regulatory, procurement, contracting, and commercialization challenges that arise at each stage of growth.
