Kaya McGee, Of Counsel

Kaya McGee serves as Of Counsel to Aramesh Law, where she focuses her practice on civil litigation. She brings a diverse legal background spanning civil litigation, probate and trust disputes, estate planning, family law, and business matters. This breadth of experience allows her to approach complex disputes with a practical understanding of both the legal and personal considerations affecting her clients.

Prior to joining Aramesh Law, Kaya practiced in estate planning and probate litigation, drafting comprehensive estate planning documents, and representing fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and creditors throughout probate and trust administration. 

Before practicing in estate planning and probate litigation, Kaya worked at law firms specializing in family law, where she gained experience handling divorce proceedings and custody disputes. This experience strengthened her ability to navigate emotionally charged disputes, identify practical solutions, and advocate effectively in high-conflict matters.

While in law school, Kaya served as a student attorney in the Community Economic Development Clinic, advising nonprofit organizations and small businesses on entity formation, regulatory compliance, and general business development. She also interned with several firms, gaining hands-on experience in administrative, regulatory, employment, and business law.
